<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support system enabling an operation process administrator to set reference items for an operation process that an end user can easily use. <P>SOLUTION: Items, in which the operation process administrator defines what data file should be referred to for what operation, are compared with a data file that the end user actually refers to, and a resetting operation is carried out to enable an operation having less omission.
