<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a securing structure of a box, capable of fixing/removing a box easily to/from a securing member on the counterpart side. <P>SOLUTION: A substantially L-shaped first securing part 11 is provided at the side part 13m of a box 5, and a first fixing part 81 is provided for a securing member 80, which is fixed with the box in correspondence with the first securing part. The first securing part of the box is hooked to the first fixing part of the securing member, and the first securing part is provided at one side part 13p of the box. A second securing part 12, having a flexible arm 12a is provided at the other side part 13q of the box, i.e. the opposite side of the one side part, and a second fixing part 82 is provided for the securing member, in correspondence with the second securing part. The second securing part of the box is engaged with the second fixing part of the securing member, and the flexible arm of the box, formed outward, bends along the bending direction at that time.
