<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new spray material, quick setting spray cement concrete, and a spray construction method. <P>SOLUTION: The spray material contains recycling type cement, fly ash, calcium aluminate and gypsum. By using the spray material and the spray construction method using the material, it becomes possible to impart a high quick setting property and low rebound factor to the spray material, and an effect that a hydration cured body has acid resistance or the like is obtained even when fly ash being an industrial by-product is used. Thereby, the spray material is suitable for: the spray material used for spraying the quick setting concrete onto exposed natural ground surfaces in tunnels or slopes of roads, railroads, water channels and the like; quick setting spray cement concrete; and the spray construction method using the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
