<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin container, which enables a relatively large outlet to be formed on the top of the container extremely easily and accurately regardless of the type of the container, such as a can type or a bottle type, and is light in weight and convenient for drinking or other purposes. <P>SOLUTION: According to the synthetic resin container, a pull tab 2 has a level surface having a certain area on the top face of a container body 1 of a can shape or a bottle shape, and is erected in perpendicular to the level surface. When the pull tab is pulled, it is pulled apart from the container body 1 to form the outlet on the level top face. The container body and the pull tab are molded integrally of a synthetic resin. A relatively short, tabular strip 3, which is formed by a pinch-off process, and a V-shaped groove 4, which forms a ring shape in a relatively long range, are formed on the under surface of the pull tab within a range covering from one end to the other end symmetrical to the one end on the level top face.
