<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame intensive method which not only increases effective use of channel bandwidth but also reduces packet delay jitter and a delay of a first intensive packet. <P>SOLUTION: A communication method contains a step wherein communication is performed by at least one physical layer frame which is formed by dynamically changing intensive packet size according to the conditions of a channel acted in order to communicate voice and/or data. The step which dynamically changes the intensive packet size may contain a matter wherein many content frames are amended in order to form the physical layer frame. It may be possible that the physical layer frame corresponds to a payload which has at least two content frames and at least one IP header.
