摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new organic microcrystal oriented dispersion useful as an optical material for a full-color liquid crystal display device, etc., capable of being improved in light transmittance and a polarization function, and formed out of a dispersion system of ultrafine particles of an organic dye or an organic pigment, to provide a polarized fluorescent material, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This organic microcrystal oriented dispersion is formed by anisotropically orienting microcrystals of the organic dye or the organic pigment by a magnetic field or an electric field in a polymer medium formed out of an alkyl acrylate monomer which may be substituted or an oligomer thereof, so as to be dispersed and fixed in the medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
