PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, since a radio head set is conventionally configured so that a speaker part, a microphone part and a circuit part are integrated to a single body so as to be used by mounting this head set on the auricle, a sense of incompatibility is generated at the time of mounting it, and a fatigue follows in mounting it for a long time, and no environmental sound reaches the ear at the speaker-mounted side, and it is impossible to quickly avoid any danger as a result. SOLUTION: A wearable voice receiver has a separate speaker part and circuit part mounted on a ring, and a microphone part is mounted on a wrist. A portable telephone, a fixed telephone and a personal computer or the like are used for relaying a signal for communication, and they are connected to the wearable voice receiver by radio waves. While the wearable voice receiver is being always worn, the speaker is brought close to the ear hole by covering the ear with a palm only when the receiver is used.
