PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a heat sink on a holder at a predetermined position without misalignment without raising the manufacturing cost of the heat sink, and attach and detach the heat sink without being disturbed by a component disposed in an area near the holder. SOLUTION: Holding parts 21, 22 of a heat sink holder 1 have engagement parts 25, 26 at a tip thereof, and the engagement parts 25, 26 fit a hole 50 formed in the side surface 10A of the heat sink 10. The heat sink 10 can be thereby mounted on the heat sink holder 1 without misalignment at a predetermined position. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to take the trouble to form a projection in the heat sink 10, all that is needed is to provide a hole or a groove.
