摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminium foil which can obtain an electrolytic capacitor of a high electrostatic capacitance by using an aluminium material at a relatively low purity. SOLUTION: A hot rolling material contains Fe of 100 ppm or less and Si of 100 ppm or less at mass ratio, and the remnant of Al of 99.9% or more and an inevitable impurity. After the hot rolling material is subjected to cold rolling at a draft rate of 30 to 75%, a separation process is performed at 270 to 370°C for 1 to 24 hours. Thereafter, through the cold rolling, an intermediate annealing at 250 to 350°C for 3 to 8 hours, and a final cold rolling at the draft rate of 10 to 20%, a foil of thickness of 60 to 150μm is produced, and a final annealing is performed to obtain the aluminium foil in which a share of crystal particles having a <100> direction to a direction perpendicular to a foil face is 85% or more and a maximum crystal particle size is 800μm or less.
