PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sun light as light with the ultra violet rays extracted and with the light volume of the sun reduced to some extent to a place in a building, etc., where lighting is necessary during the day time as an alternative for lighting. SOLUTION: The sun light outside the building during the day time is conducted to the place where lighting is necessary by conducting it into a conducting tube with aluminum foil pasted inside and used as the alternative for the electrical lighting.
