PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance security by relieving burden on a communication network of a data storing system. SOLUTION: The system includes: a data storing system composite machine 1; the PC 1 of a code 2; the PC 2 of a code 3; the PC 3 of a code 4; and the PC 4 of a code 5. A document storing application to be operated in the PC 3 has a function of storing a document transmitted from the composite machine 1 (101) in a document managing application to be operated in the PC 1 (102), acquiring the URL of the stored document from a WEB server by way of the document managing application, acquiring access right at every user to the stored document from the document managing application (103), and transmitting the URL by mail only to the user possessing the access right (104).
