PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sealing property of each washing chamber when the inside of a washing tank body is partitioned by a partition member to constitute a plurality of washing chambers. SOLUTION: Carrying racks 25, 26 are assembled in each cell 43 and the cells 43 are linked in the vertical direction to constitute a built-in rack 60 for a washing chamber. Six washing chambers 44 to 49 are formed in the washing tank body 41 by using the above built-in rack 60 for a washing chamber and a partition plate 42. A sealing member 56 is disposed in the linking part 55 of each cell 43 to keep the washing chamber 44 to 49 liquid-tight. The partitioning plate 42 and each cell 43 constituting the washing chambers 44 to 49 are provided with an in-liquid squeezing part 50. The in-liquid squeezing part 50 is composed of a squeeze passage 52 and an elastic blade 51 disposed in the passage. The sealing member 56 works in one place in one direction at a time, which improves the sealing reliability. Since the linking part between the cells 43 is sealed with the sealing member 56, no loading resistance is added by the sealing member 56 when the washing tank body 41 is loaded with the rack, and the rack can be mounted easily.
