PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide transfer paper for electrophotography having a coating layer, which has high gloss in a blank part, is excellent in fold-split resistance when it is bent at processing time such as bookbinding, and is used for an indirect dry type electrophotographic system full color copying machine and a printer. SOLUTION: In the transfer paper for electrophotography provided with base material, and the 1st coating layer comprising one or more layers and the 2nd coating layer including pigments and an adhesive as principal components at least on one surface of the base material in this order, at least one layer in the 1st coating layer includes resin whose elongation percentage at the rupture time is≥10% and whose melt viscosity at 120°C is≥100Pa s as a principal component.
