PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce curling remaining in a sheet-like substrate after being peeled off, in a releasable sheet with a constitution that the sheet-like substrates are releasably stuck with each other. SOLUTION: In the releasable sheet 11 wherein substrate pieces 11a, 11b are releasably stuck with each other, the substrate pieces 11a, 11b are arranged so that the paper-making direction of the substrate pieces is the release direction. Additionally, a cutout 13, an arrow 14 and a notice 15 are provided on the releasable sheet for guiding the substrate pieces 11a, 11b to be peeled along the paper-making direction of the substrate.
