PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet capable of absorbing a large quantity of body fluid, which can be easily handled and attached to skin. SOLUTION: The absorbent adhesive sheet comprises a release paper, an inner sheet with water permeability and air permeability, partially coated with an adhesive on the release paper side, and an outer sheet about as large as the inner sheet with no water permeability nor air permeability. It is preferable that the adhesive is an acrylic adhesive, the inner sheet is a nonwoven fabric made of synthetic fiber, the adhesive which coats the inner sheet so as to form comb-like or grid-like patterns, that the outer sheet is a film made of synthetic resin, and that each peripheries of the inner sheet and the outer sheet are heat-sealed into a bag shape.
