The present invention relates to an image processing alarm system and a method for automatically sensing an unexpected accident related to a train. A station platform, a railway part, the interior of train cars, and a railway crossing are intensively monitored using a plurality of image sensing apparatuses, so that an emergency situation is automatically detected when it occurs. The level of the emergency situation is judged, and an alarming control signal corresponding to a corresponding level is transmitted to an incoming train, station office, central command office and cooperating alarming apparatus based on a wired or wireless method for thereby automatically performing a quick measurement corresponding to a corresponding level. |
