The invention relates to an adjustable driver for connecting a window to a window lifter of a motor vehicle door. Said adjustable driver comprises a base (2) that is guided on a guide rail of the window lifter, a displacement element (3) which is movable relative to the base (2) so as to change a position of the window (17), a window support (5, 15) for resting the window (17) against the driver (1), and a means (9, 20) for adjusting the position of the displacement element (3) relative to the base (2). The inventive adjustable driver is characterized in that the adjusting means is provided with a first locking means (9) that is coupled to the displacement element (3) as well as a second locking means (20) which is coupled to the base (2). The two locking means (9, 20) can be interlocked in at least two different positions in order to predefine the position of the displacement element (3) relative to the base (2).
