The invention relates to water-pressure engineering and can be used for lifting water. The inventive water-lifting device consists of an air cap (1), a pumping valve (3), a pumping pipe (2), a delivery pipe (5) and an adjustable impact valve (4) which is arranged in the delivery pipe (5) and divides said pipe into the accelerating (6) and the pressure (7) parts thereof, thereby making it possible to lift water or to pump it without discharging outside any part thereof.
