<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium of a digital camera and a portable device capable of avoiding a condition of the storage medium being unusable. <P>SOLUTION: The storage medium into which a unit of a fuel cell is built-in is used for a portable device like a digital camera.
