<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute desired emulation in conformity with a test target by emulating the delay and error of a network by utilizing a sequence file, which is executable after describing the operation of a moving body terminal and a base station or a server for providing the contents of the Web, in addition to a gateway function. <P>SOLUTION: The emulation device 1 is for testing at least either of the server 3 on the Internet, and a terminal device 2 for executing data communication with the server 3. The device 1 is provided with the sequence file 16 and a control means 13. Operation procedures of both of the server 3 and the moving body terminal device 2 are described in the sequence file 16. The control means 13 selects either of the operation procedure of the server 3 and that of the moving body terminal device 2 from the sequence file 16 and simulates either one of the protocols of the server 3 and the moving body terminal device 2 in accordance with the selected operation procedure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
