<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector which is used for care, is hardly hooked on the mounted member of a wheel chair, is little loosened, and is hardly stained with outer stains, even when spilled with water, wetted with rain and further used for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The protector 1 used for care, when a person to be cared gets on or off a chair wheel, is characterized by having an outer cloth 11 comprising a water-impermeable raw material such as a synthetic resin, and a lining cloth 12 comprising a raw material having flexibility and a cushioning property, integrally binding the outer cloth 11 and the lining cloth 12 to each other in a flat reverse trapezoidal shape, winding the protector on either of the arm or leg of the person who is cared and contacts with the mounted member of the chair wheel, such as a leg pipe or a foot plate, in a posture that the upper long width side 114 of the flat reverse trapezoidal shape and the lower short width side 115 are arranged on the upper elbow or knee side and on the lower wrist or ankle side, respectively, and engaging or releasing female and male hook-and-loop fasteners disposed on the outer cloth 11 and the lining cloth 12, respectively, in a mutually facing state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
