<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vital telemeter having means for measuring biological signals comprising a plurality of parameters and a means for receiving the measured biological signals and for calculating and displaying necessary biological information which are unified as one piece and attached to the upper arm or the like of a patient. <P>SOLUTION: A main unit of the vital telemeter comprises a blood pressure measuring means for measuring the blood pressure using a cuff wound around the upper arm of a living body, an electrocardiogram and respiration measuring means for measuring an electrocardiogram and respiration using a plurality of electrodes arranged on the chest and/or on the four limbs of the living body, a blood oxygen saturation measuring means for measuring the blood oxygen saturation using a sensor arranged on the finger, a display means for calculating and displaying the detected and measured biological signals, and also a transmitting means for transmitting the biological signals wirelessly to a remote place. The main unit of the vital telemeter is configured such that it can be integrated with the cuff of the blood pressure measuring means 22 detachably.
