PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to compensate a phenomenon causing a casing distortion and uneven rotor stator friction in the rotor movement or circumference directions, by composing machinery of a steam or gas turbine, in oval sealing clearance arrangement. SOLUTION: Uneven seal clearance is realized in the circumference direction for the turbomachinery, by forming thermal spray film on it. The casing hardware can be produced in a round shape, so that a desired uneven rotor stator clearance is obtained at the assembling, by applying the thermal spray film (120) to the radius direction (80) of the internal surface, in such a manner that the thickness of the film (180) will vary in the circumferential direction.
