PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for effectively cooling electronic devices. SOLUTION: A heat distribution sensor 178 senses the state of heat distribution on the surface of an electronic device 200. A spray controller 160 specifies a location to be cooled according to the sensed heat distribution. A nozzle selector 180 selects a proper cooling nozzle for the location. A spray time calculator 168 calculates the refrigerant spray time and timing of the cooling nozzle.
