PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and suitably use a network in a vehicle. SOLUTION: Displays 12-1 to 12-3 are connected to a contents server 11 mounted in a vehicle by a radio communication prescribed by the IEEE 802.11b, etc. The contents server 11 and the displays 12 have common keys (an encrypting key and a corresponding decrypting key) on which key generating information composed of information concerning vehicles, etc. act. By request from the display 12, the contents server 11 reads stored contents, encrypts the read contents, using the common encrypting key to the display 12, and sends the contents to the display 12.
