PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system by a mobile in which a leakage electromagnetic field is hard to occur or does not occur at all and which a power line carrier communication hard to bring about a defect due to the leakage electromagnetic field is applied and to provide the mobile. SOLUTION: The communication system in the mobile includes the mobile 1 (2, 3), an internal power line 10 which performs a power supply to a load provided in the mobile 1 (2, 3), and a first power carrier communication apparatus (first PLC modem 20) which can inject/extract a communication signal to/from the internal power line 10. Since the mobile 1 (2, 3) is a independent power system having a generator 11, a battery 12 which are not connected to the exterior, the communication signal transmitted to the internal power line 10 is not transmitted to the external power line of the mobile 1 (2, 3).
