摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide shaft adjusting method which is improved in accuracy by reasonable adjustment while keeping a relative angle between an optical disk and a pickup head within allowed inclination. SOLUTION: This method is provided with the first step of measuring the position of the upper end surface of a cam 17 as a bearing part for a reference surface 10 or the positions of guide shafts 12a and 12b on the cam upper end surface, the second step of rotating adjusting members 15a and 15b in both ends of the guide shaft in an adjusting target based on at least the data of the first step to adjust the radiation line direction distance of the guide shaft of the adjusting target with respect to the reference surface to be similar to the guide shaft as a reference, and the third step of rotating the adjusting member for receiving one end of the guide shaft of the adjusting target and one end of the guide shaft as a reference based on at least the data of the first step to adjust the directions of the plurality of guide shafts to be parallel to the reference surface.
