PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently conduct aging in a short period of time to an organic EL display device formed by COG packaging. SOLUTION: A scanning electrode laying wiring 11 is arranged in a region near the left side of a substrate of a rectangular shape. A data electrode connection wiring 5 for supplying a signal from the outside of the organic EL display device 100 to a data electrode 1 is formed between the upper side of the substrate of the rectangular shape and the data electrode 1, and a scanning electrode connection wiring 6 for supplying the signal from the outside of the organic EL display device 100 to a scanning electrode 2 is formed between the right side of the substrate of the rectangular shape and the scanning electrode 2.
