PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumping post easy in extraction-insertion, and easy in locking-unlocking. SOLUTION: This bumping post is constituted so that a rotary shaft 2 forming a key hand 6 in a lower part by attaching an upper grip 5 to an upper part, is arranged by penetrating through a central shaft hole arranged in an upper cover part of a post body 1 and a central shaft hole of a run-out preventive plate 3 inscribed in an inside lower part of the post body 1; and a positioning piece 4 inserted into and fitted to a positioning groove 13 of a foundation pipe 9, is stuck to a side part surface of the post body 1. The bumping post is composed of the cylindrical post body 1 of attaching a rotation stopper 7 with a key hole of the upper grip 5 of the rotary shaft 2 and a rotation stopper 8 to an upper cover part of the post body 1, a key hand receiving tool 10 erected from a bottom plate 11, and the foundation pipe 9 forming the positioning hole 13 in an upper end circle edge part.
