PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve functionalities, such as oil resistance, water retentivity, heat retentivity, heat resistance, heat insulation, nonslippage, wear resistance and durability for the purpose of rapid execution technologies of floor surface suitable for production and operating conditions, improvement in working environment, and production and management of factory in a floor material in factories or the like which are often formed by coating of paint on a concrete floor surface. SOLUTION: In a production method of a floor-coating material, in which hard mineral materials, modified by volcanically erupted minerals(scorea, sand, volcanic ash) or hot alkali or the like and a synthetic resin, are mixed and kneaded, functionalities, such as quick drying properties, oil resistance, water retentivity, heat resistance, heat insulation, nonslippage, wear resistance are imparted to the floor-coating material. Thus, execution of forming the floor surface and floor repairing work in the factory are carried out in a short time through direct coating, covering or the like of the floor material, on the floor surface of roughly placed concrete.
