PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure for a shutter curtain, which facilitates finishing of a window aperture, is resistant to soil, and excellent in assembling efficiency and design. SOLUTION: The panel structure is formed of a panel base body 32 which has a female link portion 35 at one end thereof, a male link portion 36 at the other end thereof, and a flat plate portion 39 connecting the female link portion and the male link portion together in one body, a front panel member 33 arranged on a front surface of the base body, and a rear panel member 34 arranged on a rear surface of the same.
