PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a heating control function of a cooker. SOLUTION: When an expansion box is mounted on a microwave oven and a microcomputer for the microwave oven and a microcomputer for expansion are connected, operation signals of an operation key and an operation knob and detection signals of a temperature sensor and a door sensor are input thorough the microcomputer for the microwave oven to the microcomputer for expansion. The microcomputer for expansion outputs an operation designating signal of a magnetron and a heater to the microcomputer for the microwave oven according to the received operation signal and detection signal and a control program stored in a memory of the microcomputer, and the microcomputer for the microcomputer for the microwave oven drives the magnetron and the heater on the basis of the received operation designating signal.
