PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapacitor that is extremely compact in size and has less variation in characteristic. SOLUTION: The microcapacitor 100 is provided with dielectric particles 101 placed on a circuit board 110, and electrodes 102 and 103 that are formed on facing both sides of the dielectric particles 101, respectively, and hold the dielectric particles 101 mechanically. The microcapacitor 100 does not have such a structure of a conventional general capacitor that a dielectric block and an electrode are made integral independently, and it has a structure that the dielectric particles 101 are mechanically held by the electrodes 102 and 103 against the circuit board 110, so that particles with an extremely small diameter of≥0.1μm and≤10μm can be used.
