PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make transmittivities in protective films to the same level by a plurality of wavelengths in a semiconductor photo-detector receiving signal lights having a plurality of the wavelengths by a common light-receiving section. SOLUTION: When two kinds of the signal lights 8a and 8b having different wavelengths are received by one light-receiving section 3, and the places of the condensing of mutual signal lights in the light-receiving section differ and laser beam spots on the light-receiving section of the mutual signal lights are not superposed mutually; the protective films 5a and 5b having film thicknesses and film qualities optimized to respective signal lights are formed as the protective films of sections, to which the signal lights 8a and 8b are projected.
