PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector with a strong electric property, a simple structure, firmly fixed to a circuit board. SOLUTION: The electric connector is provided with an insulator main body including a plurality of parallel tubs, a plurality of circuit board modules arrayed in parallel, and a housing coupled with the insulator main body covering the circuit board modules. The circuit board module located between the insulator main body and the housing is provided with a separator, a circuit board contained in the corresponding tub of the insulator main body, and a press-fitted terminal contained in the corresponding tub and mechanically or electrically connected with the circuit board. The circuit board includes a mounting part fitted with a plurality of round holes. The press-fitted terminal is provided with a retainer part, a contact part extended upward from the retainer part and arranged at the mounting part of the circuit board, and a tail part extended downward from the retainer part and electrically connected with the circuit board. The contact part, above all, has a protruded part to be contained in the round hole. The protruded part is fixed and electrically connected to the round hole with flux. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
