PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation for external use effectively improving rustle, dryness and roughness of the skin without having an association with type IV allergy reaction. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation improves the turnover function of the skin by using a specific 5-membered triterpenoic acid, especially barbinervic acid as an active ingredient.
