PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sheet loading device capable of performing post-treatment such as staple treatment without lowering productivity and enabling a reduction in size so as to be assembled in an image forming device, and to provide an image forming device having the sheet loading device. SOLUTION: This sheet loading device for loading sheets of the image forming device comprises a temporary accumulating means for temporarily accumulating a preceding sheet for stacking it on a subsequent sheet, a sheet discharging means 415 discharging the sheet stacked in the accumulating means, and a sheet loading means 411 loading the sheet discharged from the accumulating means. The sheet discharged in a stacked state by the sheet discharge means 415 is stacked in such a state that the rear end of the lower side sheet in the sheet carrying direction is advanced from the rear end of the upper side sheet in the sheet carrying direction.
