A second transistor (ST) (2) is wired between a control input (CI) and a connection for a controlled route in a first transistor (1). A resistor (5) links to the first transistor's CI, to a connection for the ST's controlled route and to the ST's CI in a pick-up node. This forms a current path for picking up a bias voltage suitable for triggering cascode transistors.
