<p>The invention relates to a device for administering an active agent in a liquid medium, meant for the continuous delivery of a biological active agent. The device for administering an active agent in a liquid medium comprises: a) an impermeable reservoir; b) a piston dividing the device into a first chamber and a second chamber, each of them having an open end; c) a hygroscopic agent composition inside the first chamber; d) an active agent composition inside the second chamber; e) a semipermeable plug, at the open end of the first chamber; f) an outlet orifice, for the regulation of the back-diffusion, at the open end of the second chamber.</p> |
