<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer trend survey system that surveys information about in which way a customer moves in a store and what merchandise the customer examines. <P>SOLUTION: The customer trend survey system comprises an IC card 5 moved along with a customer and for sending a radio signal, and a management server 3 having a storage device 3a for storing a movement locus of the customer according to radio signals from the IC card 5.
