TRANSACTION DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card with the functions of conventional cash cards so that a user can conduct transactions using a transaction device such as an ATM or a debit terminal simply when owning the IC card while having no cash cards.

SOLUTION: When a menu for "cellular phone records" is selected at an ATM 10, cash card information is read from a cash card by a magnetic card reader part 38 and written via an IC card communication part 42 into a noncontact IC card 28 built into a cellular phone 12. Thereafter, the IC card communication part 42 can conduct transactions based on the cash card information read from the IC card 28.
