The center computer of the manager is provided with a customer recognition means, an ordering means receiving orders from the plurality of customers and ordering a single purchase commodity, a commodity managing means, a use amount managing means, an ordering means which newly orders the purchase commodity by adjusting it to the use amount and a connection means.
