<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the record and result of individual identification, which is performed by a customer, with a practical method. <P>SOLUTION: A personal-identification recording and managing system is composed of a terminal 100 to which a scanner 102 is connected and a server 200. A customer writes necessary items such as his address, his name and so on in an individual identification form 10 of a prescribed format. An operator obtains the image data of the personal identification form 10 with the scanner 102, and confirms to the customer whether or not the written items are right with his identification card, and then inputs key information such as his name, his address and so on. The server 200 registers these data with a confirmation and recording database 204 and manages the data. The server 200 adequately informs an operator of the terminal 100 whether or not the confirmation and recording database is to be updated and whether or not the personal identification is required to perform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
