<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing control device which makes the use of a plurality of printing devices connected in a network in a way intended for by a manager, and a printing device, a printing method, a printing control method and a computer program. <P>SOLUTION: In the printing control device, the start of printing is instructed (step S302); it is judged whether information concerning finishing is involved in printing information (step S303); and when it is detected that the finishing is not performed, a PC displays to the effect that the printing can be performed using any other equipment (step S305). Further, in response to this display, a normal printing process is performed (step S306), when a user does not permit the transfer of data to the other indicated equipment (step S306). When the user permits the transfer (Yes route of step S307), units of the transfer equipment are listed and displayed (step S308). Next, the user selects the equipment and demands the start of the printing (step S309).
