TONER CONVEYANCE UNIT, DEVELOPMENT APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of suppressing such a trouble that hopping of toner by an EH phenomenon is prevented by humidity.

SOLUTION: A substrate heating means for performing heat treatment to an electrostatic conveyance substrate 101 which conveys the toner to a developing area by the EH phenomenon is provided. The substrate heating means is mainly constituted of a heat generation layer 101e applied on an insulating substrate 101d of the electrostatic conveyance substrate 101 and a power supply circuit which supplies power to the heat generation layer 101e. The trouble that the hopping of the toner by the EH phenomenon is prevented by the humidity is suppressed by heating the electrostatic conveyance substrate 101 by heat generation of the heat generation layer 101e and prompting evaporation of moisture from its surface layer 101g.
