<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for image processing, a program, and a storage medium that enable a memory to efficiently be used when a plurality of frames are referred to. <P>SOLUTION: This application distribution system is equipped with various servers 10, 11, and 12 and a client 30 which can be connected to a network 20.
