<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic form which is manufactured in a manner reducing costs required for labor of washing and segregated disposal, can be subjected to recycling, re-recycling, and further repeated recycling, and ensures the accuracy of assembling a concrete form. <P>SOLUTION: The plastic form has a plastic panel 1 and a plurality of crosspieces 2. The plastic panel consists of a central layer 1A formed of a thermoplastic resin which is specifically a polypropylene resin, as a main ingredient, and outer layers 1B arranged on both sides of the central layer 1A formed of the same thermoplastic resin as a main ingredient. The crosspieces are arranged side by side on one side of the plastic panel 1, and formed of the same thermoplastic resin as a main ingredient. Herein raw material of the central layer 1A contains recycled thermoplastic resin obtained from used plastic forms, and glass fibers, while raw material of the external layer 1B contains a new thermoplastic resin as the main ingredient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
