<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device which preliminarily drive a motor, detects load characteristics of a conveying mechanism of each recording device during the preliminary driving, and generates control information according to the load characteristics of the conveying mechanism, to thereby control the motor without being affected by load force of the conveying mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The motor control device for controlling the motor by generating first control information, based on profile information, is comprised of a computing unit, a setting section, and a controller. The computing unit computes second control information for controlling the motor in order to compensate for the load force of a mechanism for transmitting the driving force of the motor. The setting section sets a control parameter for controlling the motor, based on the second control information. The controller generates third control information, based on the set control parameter if a motor control location reaches a predetermined target location, based on location detection information by a location detecting sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
