<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coating liquid for antireflection film and an antireflection film which has a visual low reflection factor while maintaining a low refractive index, and has high film strength and antifouling property. <P>SOLUTION: The coating liquid for antireflection film formation is characterized in that it contains hydrolysate liquid obtained by hydrolyzing and condensing compound particles consisting of porous particles and coating layers provided on porous particle surfaces or hollow particle having hollows inside and an alkoxy silicon compound of ≥0.1 in the ratio (A1/A2) of Raman scatter peak intensity (A2) measured within 20 minutes after the hydrolysis starts to Raman scatter peak intensity (A1) appearing between 660 and 645 cm<SP>-1</SP>, 300 to 10,000 in weight average molecular weight, and ≥1.8 in ration (W1/W2) of a half-value width (W2) at a peak 1/5 time as high as a maximum value of an absorption peak restored to Si-O tensile vibration in IR measurement to a half-value width at a peak which is 1/2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
