<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing method for a double tubular knitted fabric having a beautiful sewn part. <P>SOLUTION: This method for sewing the double tubular knitted fabric 1 obtained by sewing both double knitted fabrics 5, 6 obtained by folding back the tubular knitted fabric 2 at one end 3, in the vicinity of another end 4 is provided by using a primary sewing means A by sewing up both inside and outside knitted fabrics 5, 6 at the other end 4 with an edge-overcast stitch 8, a means B for hemming 11 of the primary sewn position 7 toward the inner surface knitted fabric 5 and a secondary sewing means C for overlapping both inside and outside knitted fabrics 5, 6 in the vicinity 12 of the primary sewn position and sewing them with a blind stitch 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
